What is Brainmaxe?
A web portal for brain-training and puzzle games, with a new HTML5 game every Sunday. You play in your browser. Nothing to download.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in with your Google account. This keeps your free trial, credits and history safe and lets you play on any device.
Is it free?
Every new account gets a one-time free trial of 10 minutes. After that you can buy credits to keep playing.
How much do credits cost?
Credits come in one-time packs, priced in USD. 1 credit = 1 minute of play. See the How it works page for current packs and prices.
Is this a subscription?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases. You are never charged automatically.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments go through PayPal's official checkout. Brainmaxe never receives your card number or PayPal password.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, as long as your account is active.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used for play-time can't be refunded. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Which devices are supported?
Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on Android and iOS phones, tablets and desktop computers.
How do I delete my account?
Email info.brainmaxe@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and we will delete your account and personal data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
